If your employer is a client of ATLANTIC TECH, you may also contact your company’s system administrator for assistance in correcting or updating your information.

Customers of ATLANTIC TECH may submit their data or information (“Customer Data”) electronically through the ATLANTIC TECH website. ATLANTIC TECH will access Customer Data only where the customer has engaged ATLANTIC TECH to provide services related to such data, including but not limited to hosting, maintenance, support, and service management (“Services”).

When ATLANTIC TECH has access to Customer Data, it does not review, share, distribute, or reference such data except as permitted under the applicable license agreement or services agreement (“Agreement”) or as required by law.

In accordance with the Agreement, ATLANTIC TECH may access Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services, preventing or resolving technical or service-related issues, or as required by law.

ATLANTIC TECH acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. If Personal Information relating to you has been submitted to ATLANTIC TECH by a customer and you wish to exercise your rights of access, rectification, modification, or deletion, please contact that customer directly.

ATLANTIC TECH personnel have limited access to Customer Data. If you wish to submit your request directly to ATLANTIC TECH, please specify the name of the ATLANTIC TECH customer that provided your data. We will forward your request to that customer and assist them in responding within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. If you choose to visit a third-party website or use third-party products or services, please note that this Policy does not apply to the activities or information disclosed on those websites.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or the products or services available through them.
